Perfect Mix Recipe Tin

Last night we had a fun class.
Everyone received the Perfect Mix stamp set and a Tin from the Sale-a-Bration brochure.
I had stocked up on a few extras knowing that I wanted to do a class like this.
We decorated the tin to be used as a recipe box.
Recipe Tin
Very sweet and simple with some ribbon wrapped around and of course plenty of circle layers to give the tin a pop of color.
We stamped the oven mitt with Melon Mambo stamped off once and the words with Memento ink.  The Stitched Shapes circle framelit added just the right touch.

The tin comes with little file tabs perfect for sorting different recipe categories.
We added the Pop of Pink Washi Tape for a little color to each tab.
Recipe Tin Tabs & Card
I used Thick Whisper White cardstock cut 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" for the recipe cards.
I cut 36 cards for each box and we added 1/2" x 5 1/2" strips of the Pop of Pink designer paper to the bottom of each recipe card.

Then using Melon Mambo and Memento ink we stamped spatulas, eggs, mixing bowl, measuring spoons, oven mitt and mixer on each card.
I stamped Memento on the Melon Mambo designer paper cards and Melon Mambo on the Black designer paper cards.
It was a quick and easy project to do and many of the ladies were using their tins for upcoming birthday and bridal shower gifts.  Wouldn't you like to receive this fabulous gift???

You can use any designer paper and color scheme to create your tin.
Some of my ladies used the Moroccan Nights designer paper, Washi Tape and color scheme.
A couple of others used the Floral Boutique designer paper and Washi Tape.
